Translations Mechanical Engineering Polish, Ukrainian and more

Translations from the mechanical engineering sector into Russian (German-Russian and English-Russian) consistently account for more than 60% of all our orders. Among purely technical translations, this figure is even higher, approx. 80%. The history of our translation agency began with translations in the field of plant and mechanical engineering, and since then we have remained a leader on the European market. There has hardly been a major project in Russia in the last 20 years in which our clients from Germany, Austria or Switzerland have not been directly or indirectly involved.

Mechanical engineering market Eastern Europe

Russia has long been the fourth most important export market worldwide for German mechanical and plant engineering, even despite the difficult political and economic situation in recent years. Russia and Ukraine still need a lot of modern machinery and equipment, and their needs are far from being met. Russian and Ukrainian companies remain good, reliable and grateful business partners.

We translate from German and English

We carry out technical translations in plant and mechanical engineering in both of our most important language combinations: German-Russian and English-Russian. For language pairs Russian-German and Russian-English we also offer translations by experienced German and English native speakers in the usual high quality. Translations into other Eastern European and Western European languages are offered by our colleagues, we can gladly organise such translations for you.

Since we have a wide choice among our specialists, who are well versed in all the intricacies of mechanical engineering, we do not need time to study the specifics for new orders, whether from existing or new clients. Our specialist translators are always ready to translate in any field of engineering thanks to their vast experience.

Our clients in Europe

Among our clients are world-renowned large corporations as well as numerous medium-sized companies from German-speaking countries in Europe. You can see a selection of them in our client list. Why do they choose us? The list of completed projects in recent years alone says it all. They appreciate our expertise, our many years of experience and know that we speak the same technical language with clients and end customers. Together with our subsidiary, we are also actively working on translations into other languages such as Chinese.

Translation formats

Our clients appreciate it very much: we not only work on documents in Microsoft Word, but also in all special formats that are relevant for technical documentation, especially in mechanical engineering:

- AutoCAD
- Adobe Framemaker
- Adobe InDesign
- QuarkXPress
- Adobe Illustrator
- CorelDraw
- Vector formats (eps)
- Bitmap formats (tiff, bmp, jpg)
- PDF
- XML
- XLIFF
... etc.

And this includes, of course, the modern CAT tools such as SDL Trados (versions 2021 and 2019), Across 7.0, memoQ. These not only save time, but also real money.

Proofreading of all translations, also in mechanical engineering

Our translation agency is known for having every translation proofread by editors without exception (a so-called four-eyes principle), and that at no extra charge. You will hardly find this free service anywhere else.

Our capacities are sufficient for large projects

These capacities are around 20,000 - 25,000 words per day for our most important language combinations, German-Russian and English-Russian. They are sufficient to carry out projects of any size within a reasonable period of time and on the desired deadlines. When carrying out large projects, a project team is formed, which includes translators, a proofreader and a project manager. The task of the proofreader is to keep the terminology consistent, while the project manager takes care of all possible questions and queries between translators and the client.

Prices

We do not hide our prices and do not tempt our clients with prices "from ...", which are then usually higher. Our prices are transparent and the same for everyone. We are inexpensive only because there are no resellers between you and us.
