All your questions are resolved by Alexandre Nefedov - a professional translator (Moscow State Linguistic university and Berlin Humboldt University), a foreign trade specialist, member of the German Translators’ Union (BDÜ) and Tekom - a Specialists’ Union dealing with technical documentation.
Start in Germany
I have been working in Germany since 1992 first as a salaried employee and then as a freelancer. As an official institution Rusdoc exists under my supervision since 2001. My objectives are general supervision, translations form German and English, makeup, translation using Apple Mac, proof-reading and managing projects.
We employ only qualified translators (salary workers and freelancers) who combine their education (usually it is Moscow State Linguistic University - former Maurice Thorez Foreign Languages University) with many years’ work experience.
Our team now
With more than 20 years of experience, the very best translators, knowledge of every possible technical subject area and a number of powerful translation tools laike SDL Trados and memoQ, we have built a solid reputation in virtually all industries.
Our team now consists of 20 translators for both language combinations, 4 proofreaders and 4 project managers, located in Germany and Russia.
All of our employees studied languages at universities in Russia and Germany and trained as translators in russian and european companies. Each of our project managers also has a background in languages and management.
In addition to management our staff includes project managers, reviewers and translators. A part of our translation projects only are outsourced to freelance translators, enabling us to select exactly the right person for each job.
